Just as last time I have nothing but praise for the efficient, but at the same time friendly and kind, way they dealt with the transaction. Even though the whole team was exceptional, I want to give a special mention to Victoria who coordinates the process between buyers/sellers and solicitors once an offer has been accepted. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she kept us informed every step of the way. She made, what could otherwise have been a very stressful time much easier to cope with, and she was always ready with good advice. Fantastic all round service from the whole team. We sold our house through Sparks Ellison and cannot fault their service at all. Adam visited us and provided us with a realistic and honest valuation of our property that generated plenty of interest very quickly. Sparks Ellison is a big player in Chandlers Ford and we are so pleased that we used this leverage to sell our house. Although they are big in the area I felt there was a personal touch, from Mark Ellison, who really sold the service and market knowledge to us, through to Frazier, George and Chris who were brilliant in supporting the sale of the house and Victoria, who kept all the plates spinning when managing the relationship between solicitors, estate agents and buyers.
