I wanted to take the time to thank every one at sparks Ellison for the sale and purchase on our perfect home ! Our journey started with Chris who came out and valued our property . His knowledge and professionalism didn’t go unnoticed , and more importantly his patience , understanding that family comes first - allowing me time to meet the needs of my young children during the valuation . Next we met Frazier - Frazier has been incredible going above and beyond at every stage . Wether that be house viewings - allowing plenty of time for myself and husband to look around. His knowledge of every property we viewed was outstanding ,he really took the time to understand our priorities (schools- outdoor space )with our search . And of course that led to him finding our perfect home !!!!! He kept us updated with every viewing we had on our house . Like I said previously he just went above and beyond in every way - we can’t thank him enough . Everyone says that selling/ buying a house is one of the most stressful things you will do ….. however this couldn’t be further from the truth !!! The whole process was seamless - it felt like it happened with out me or my husband having to lift a finger . I could go on on ….. however I will leave it there with a huge thank you !!!!!!

Sparks Ellison were fantastic in our house search. We dealt mainly with Frazier and George who kept us up to date with new houses coming onto the market and showed us around a number of houses before finding us the one which was perfect for us and is now our new family home. This is the second time I have bought and sold with Sparks Ellison. Just as last time I have nothing but praise for the efficient, but at the same time friendly and kind, way they dealt with the transaction. Even though the whole team was exceptional, I want to give a special mention to Victoria who coordinates the process between buyers/sellers and solicitors once an offer has been accepted. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she kept us informed every step of the way. She made, what could otherwise have been a very stressful time much easier to cope with, and she was always ready with good advice. Fantastic all round service from the whole team. We sold our house through Sparks Ellison and cannot fault their service at all. Adam visited us and provided us with a realistic and honest valuation of our property that generated plenty of interest very quickly.
