All the staff were very helpful, and communication was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately 3 chains collapsed during our process but each time the staff obtained interest and viewings resumed quickly. We were kept informed at every stage.

We bought through Graham Butt and have had a great service. They have been incredibly helpful and thorough, especially as first time buyers. Putting us at ease, always being available during the process and liaising with the seller to help push things through. We’re incredibly thankful for all their support!
