All the staff were very helpful, and communication was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately 3 chains collapsed during our process but each time the staff obtained interest and viewings resumed quickly. We were kept informed at every stage.

We bought through Graham Butt and have had a great service. They have been incredibly helpful and thorough, especially as first time buyers. Graham Lydon produced a superb brochure and "nursed" the chain with patience, competence and tact- even when one of the middle purchasers withdrew during the legal process!! Without his efforts, our house would not have sold!! He was always helpful and friendly and kept us fully informed.
