Its easy to sell a house in the current market and that was handled well but the real value came from Victoria handling the complex after sales where chain fell through, then was fixed, then wobbled and eventually got over the line. Patient help for what is one of the most stressfult things you can do in life, especially when you have found your forever home. Recommended

It started with Adam providing a balanced but positive assessment of my house, he backed up his reasoning and I went with his suggestion. Chris, Tom, Zoe, Kim and the rest of the team who interacted with my sale were so responsive, concise and on my side from day 1. I had circa 14 viewings in 5 days and multiple offers and over achieved on what I thought would be the end result. Finished off nicely with Mark closing out for me. I used Sparks Ellison to sell my primary property when moving abroad some 16 years ago and everything went extremely smoothly. I wanted to sell my buy-to-let property in the UK this year and had no hesitation in going straight back to SE to facilitate this. We have just sold a property with Sparks Ellison, having been let down by another agent who had the property for six weeks without a sale.
