I used Sparks Ellison to sell my primary property when moving abroad some 16 years ago and everything went extremely smoothly. I wanted to sell my buy-to-let property in the UK this year and had no hesitation in going straight back to SE to facilitate this. We have just sold a property with Sparks Ellison, having been let down by another agent who had the property for six weeks without a sale. Having spent the best part of two years trying to find a new home I can’t recommend Sparks Ellison enough. They were so brilliant in keeping in touch and keeping me informed of properties that were coming onto the market and then helping me secure my new home.
