I then used them to sell my property recently and all I can say is how professional and proactive they are (which is exactly what you want from an estate agents). Very polite and helpful

All the staff were very helpful, and communication was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately 3 chains collapsed during our process but each time the staff obtained interest and viewings resumed quickly. We were kept informed at every stage.

We bought through Graham Butt and have had a great service. They have been incredibly helpful and thorough, especially as first time buyers.
