From the first viewing of our recently purchased house we have been impressed with how professional, pro active and attentive the team at Sparks Ellison have been. In particular Frazier who organised the viewings and Lucy who progressed the sale. Lucy kept us in the loop at all times during the process, even when solicitors went slow/ silent. She constantly updated us of progress and pushed the sale forward between both sides. We are first time buyers and are so pleased we were looked after by Lucy for our purchase.
