I bought my property from Sparks 4 years ago and had a brilliant buying experience. I then used them to sell my property recently and all I can say is how professional and proactive they are (which is exactly what you want from an estate agents). They kept my promptly updated after viewings and conversations with potential buyers and were quick so organise the documentation once the offer was accepted. I have to say their after sales team (especially Lucie) were fantastic, Lucie did a lot of chasing and updating for me which really helped keep me in the loop in a stressful process.
