Sold and bought through pm premiere, great staff, got £13000 more than what Peter Alan valued the house at, Sean is really friendly and I can see us being friends for a long time after this. Also there fees were very competitive would highly reccomened this agent.

Our new flat
So happy today have the keys for our new flat. This my first rental property. Pm premier got me into the flat straight away they were great with every thing and explained it all really well for me. A lot of agents wouldn't help me because of my age and first time renting.
Reply from The Letting Station: We hope you are very happy in you first home. Glad we could help and just to let you know if you need anything don't be afraid to ask.
Gold street

Fantastic agent
Booked us straight in, sorted paper work quickly and swiftly; great to deal with in the office and even made the children in the office smile.
Reply from The Letting Station: Between all of us here we have a classroom of children and so are adept at a bit of childrens entertaining, if all else fails we just raid Sean's gigantic tub of sweets hidden under his desk! Thanks for popping in Ian.
Fast responsive service, far beyond the call of duty! :)

Struggling to find a house share for short term let, Sean worked his magic and got me sorted. Will be sticking with them when I upgrade in a couple of months.
