Great customer focus from agent

I've used PM Premier to rent my first property. Not knowing the how, what and why's when it comes to property rental PM Premier helped with all the details of getting the property rented ensuring suitable tenants to occupy the property. There ongoing support has been invaluable.

Really hoping that things improve but honestly, so far, I wouldn't recommend; there seems to be poor communication flow between landlords and letting agents (un-notified entry from Fire services, landlord selling property with CPS - 4 weeks into tenancy so far).

Litter horrible guess who leaflets all over the street, if anything irresponsible advertising like this will reduce my house value ! Do not use!

Hi Rob Thanks for your comments but given I know the young lads just trying to earn a bit of pocket money I doubt very much they have "littered all over your street", please provide any proof you have and I will absolutely speak to them and ensure any wrong doing, proved to be the correct, will be acted on accordingly. We are just a small business trying to get out brand name out there. I am sorry if you are not happy with that, but alas we do not have huge budgets for advertising and so a local leaflet drop is one avenue we have explored. Maybe rather that slate us publicly, a simple phone call in for a chat might be a more proportionate and appropriate reaction. I am happy to discuss if you want and am in every day from 9 - 5.30pm.

The letting station thought Christmas Eve was the perfect time to deliver our no fault eviction notice. After living in this house for 7 years they chose that day to tell us. I feel that Sean only had the landlords interests at heart and really didn’t care about the tenants. 0/10 definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you like snakes 😂

We are really sorry you feel that way but ultimately we have to act on a landlords instructions as its his property. We did call and email before the notice was sent to try and soften the blow but we have to do what the landlord instructs us to do. We are paid by the landlord and our reviews show we do care about our tenants but we can't act against the person that pays the bills. We can try to help to find another property if that helps. Once again we apologise for the timing but there is never a good time to serve a notice.

Unhappy with my experience, was ok at the beginning when trying to get a tenant, however, then decided to evict me based on claims from neighbours with absolutely no evidence (cigarette butts thrown out a window which could come out of any window), and then sent an email to my partner and I blaming me for everything and suggesting to evict just me and write a new contract with just my partner! Showed obvious favouritism to my partner and was overall unprofessional. The email was very upsetting, targeting me solely… considering I just spent a month in hospital due to my mental health it really didn’t help! Overall unprofessional service and would rather invest in other estate agents/letting companies.

Hi Shahenaz, Let's be honest here, we have received multiple complaints about partying at a property we manage (yours and your partners). This has been a regular occurrence and we have to respond to this type of complaint, whilst we are not saying any cigarette butts are yours, there was a strong smell of cannabis coming from your flat that was reported to us by multiple third parties including concierge. We are currently trying to help you as we have been told you are no longer with your partner and are in a joint and several contract, so this review has left us a bit bewildered. The only favouritism to your partner is that he hasn't been partying until the early hours and causing other residents and the concierge a lot of problems. When we get reports of anti-social behaviour we have a duty of care to do something about it and given we would not renew the tenancy and you both wanted to amend the contract to be in a single name. it leaves us in a difficult position. What you need to understand is that we are just doing a job and protecting our client (the landlords) significant investment whilst trying to help you get out of a joint contract that you are liable for regardless of what happens. Avoid this company like the plague.. when they get a genuine bad review they start begging people to review them 5 stars to get their ratings back up. If you notice 90% of their reviews are from people who have only rated them, probably friends and family members! I experienced them first hand. Very unprofessional company. They do not care about you personally as long as they get their money. The staff will even stoop as low to abuse you verbally when they can’t get their own way! AVOID!
