Cardiff Bay Flat - Tenant Review

We dealt with Sean from PM Properties from enquiring through to moving in day .. Sean was very helpful, taking our calls and texts out of office hours to help us secure our dream flat down Cardiff Bay in time for moving in on the first of the month. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been letting my properties through Sean at P M Premier for the past 6 years. During that time Sean has been able to find me consistently good tenants. I can sit back and rest assured that everything is being taken care of and that all legislation is being followed.

Excellent Agency

Nothing bad to say about the company at all, Landlady was a little bit of a nightmare but Sean has helped with every issue I have had. even came out on new years day to help me when I locked myself out. would definitely recommend.

Very responsive and helpful

Tania was very helpful throughout the selling and conveyance process. She really went beyond what was expected of an estate agent. Letting Station is the best in Cardiff. I wish I could give more than a 5 star.
