I Came from France, very helpful . Used what's app any time of day and Sean was quick to reply even out of hours. Also I could not see the room before hand so face timed the agent. They made every thing easy for me as my first time living in Cardiff .
Found a flat in admiral house, all fine no problems and Sean was great.
Very happy, looking forward to moving in
I needed someone to fully manage my property while I was out of the country. Sean was easy to get in touch when I needed him, and only got in touch with me when a decision was needed by the landlord, which was exactly what I was looking for. Everything else was fully taken care of in a friendly and professional manner. Would recommend.
Great service. Very helpful and productive. Everything was sorted quickly and effectively. Thank you. Look forward to moving in!
PM Premier were our first choice to manage our property because of a friend's recommendation and we weren't disappointed. They found us excellent tenants on the very first day of viewings and we haven't had to worry about anything. and the tenancy has gone through very smoothly. Would definitely use this agency again.
Really helpful with sorting out the financial sides of things, always available when you have queries about the property and rented us a lovely property in Heath, couldn't have asked for a better agency to be with this year. New start :)
Julie helped me a lot and Sean was a great help.
Sean has always been really efficient with dealing with any issues or enquiries in regards to the property we rent from PM premier properties.
We obviously do all the usual things you would expect from a modern estate agent but where we are different is in our approach and expertise in more specialist areas and some of the things we do a little differently. From our unique valuation and new home packs that we give to all our customers to the care and attention we give to marketing every single property with professional photography and copy writing, at The Letting Station you are in great hands. Our branch is ideally located to cover the whole of Cardiff and if you do want a free valuation then please call in to see us, visit the website at www.thelettingstation.co.uk or telephone the team on 029 2002 0880.
