Fantastic service from viewing to completion. Service excellant.. Would be happy to work with PM Premier again for any future properties we required.
We dealt with Sean from PM Properties from enquiring through to moving in day .. Sean was very helpful, taking our calls and texts out of office hours to help us secure our dream flat down Cardiff Bay in time for moving in on the first of the month. We look forward to continuing our tenancy with PM Properties moving forward. We highly recommend this letting agency for their service and property portfolio. Thanks!
Andrew & his team took control of the selling of my late mothers house in Cwmbran with compassion, professionalism and used their expertise to bring about a quick sale.
I have been letting my properties through Sean at P M Premier for the past 6 years. During that time Sean has been able to find me consistently good tenants. I can sit back and rest assured that everything is being taken care of and that all legislation is being followed.
Great service and quick response.
Nothing bad to say about the company at all, Landlady was a little bit of a nightmare but Sean has helped with every issue I have had. even came out on new years day to help me when I locked myself out. would definitely recommend.
Fantastic service from all staff. Nice friendly atmosphere when walking through the door. Always made to feel welcome and at ease. All staff are extremely helpful.
Good service, friendly staff and efficient agency. Thanks Pm premier.
mr sean helped sort out a house for rent for my son, with prompt responses and helping attitude.
Tania was very helpful throughout the selling and conveyance process. She really went beyond what was expected of an estate agent. Letting Station is the best in Cardiff. I wish I could give more than a 5 star.
We obviously do all the usual things you would expect from a modern estate agent but where we are different is in our approach and expertise in more specialist areas and some of the things we do a little differently. From our unique valuation and new home packs that we give to all our customers to the care and attention we give to marketing every single property with professional photography and copy writing, at The Letting Station you are in great hands. Our branch is ideally located to cover the whole of Cardiff and if you do want a free valuation then please call in to see us, visit the website at www.thelettingstation.co.uk or telephone the team on 029 2002 0880.
