This company is not professional at all, after agreeing a price to purchase home and contacting my solicitor paying for searches and property survey, they decided they didn't want to sell the house and are now no longer answering calls or emails. Avoid these cowboys especially the director Andrew and the useless agent tania.

I will keep writing reviews and even take this further if these lies continue as I have enough messages and proof of these lies which I will make sure get out, I will be going to the papers with the assumptions and lies that are being thrown about by such an unprofessional company and will do my utmost best to prove my words with pictures and texts. The apartment was left in good condition I took pictures of EVERY ROOM before leaving and still have the post office receipt when posting the keys back to concierge two days after moving out. Assuming someone is enjoying a lavish lifestyle and buying new items when in fact these things were actually bought for me is laughable, I feel no need to explain myself to you! You talk about avoiding checks etc yet you done ZERO on me and I actually paid no deposit so this shows your professionalism in itself it’s actually funny how you are trying to make out I’m not a victim when all the evidence is there! My mum is disabled so if parking a few metres away from my own door for an hour or two is a crime then I’m guilty but I suggest you get your facts right! The minute you started lying yes I did not pay rent as I used it towards a new place, two months rent is hardly something that cannot be afforded to pay back which has already been agreed between me and the landlord! I have even arranged for the electricity to be paid! I was offered THREE TIMES to stay via text message so cannot be that much of a bad tenant! I declined your offers to stay as I do not trust your company! You have no loyalties and as long as you get your cut of the sale you did not care about the family that were served eviction at Christmas time! I would stop with the lies now or I will start posting shots of the proof! Top and bottom of it is I have been treated unfairly. Stop digging deeper holes and passing the blame, your company is a shambles! I would never damage a property and one thing I’m not is unclean! Your personal digs towards myself aren’t appreciated, your all liars! If I have a nice car and spoil myself with cosmetic procedures has nothing to do with this whole situation, you have no clue what you are talking about! I will be here to watch your down fall you sad sad person!

I took a day off to view a property through this company and no one arrived to show me around. I called the company several times and they finally answered but had no idea where their staff member was. I left my details with them to get back to me but never heard from them again. I used Jeffrey Ross and they were much more professional.

I moved into my property a year ago and was very straight about the fact it was a big move for me and my family as my son started school in that area so would need a long term lease and was assured the landlord had no intention selling. It also put my mind at ease I know one of the agents sean. Now a year down the line the apartment has been sold, I was lied to several times being told an investor had bought so I MIGHT be able to stay, had my hopes up to then get served a section 21 at Christmas time. I am not in any arrears, maybe late a couple days on rent now and again and all my bills are up to date. Take great caution with this agency! I have kept all the personal and bullying messages I received off Nick if they ever deny anything and to be honest the experience they have given me I am pretty glad to see the back of them. No offer to rehome me, no reduction on rent, no options, plain rude staff! They have stressed me out and were also told of my medication for depression for weeks and have done nothing to help, they did not care one bit! It’s embarrassing and extremely unprofessional!
