I delt with Sean (Lettings manager) and must say Sean was very prompt and happy to go that extra mile for me in order to sort out the property i wanted to rent asap. Highly recommend Sean from PM PREMIER.
Arrived in Cardiff from Europe , Sean helpd me find a home. Very happy as other letting agent would not help.
Sean is a top guy when it comes to dealing with rental property, very informative and supportive always. Rented a property of pm premier 2 years and experience was fantastic no hassle no cheating in giving deposit back. Always respond to any problem in professional manner and resolved it quickly and efficiently. Thank you full credit to sean and pm premier.
Perfect service very happy.
Extremely fast, efficient and transparent when negotiating our offer with the Landlord. Our offer was accepted and property reserved within days. Superb service that we would highly recommend to others.
My wife & I are very happy with the professional service we received from Sean our letting agent with PM premier He was resolute in finding the right tenant for us. Friendly and efficient!
Found me a flat and got me moved in record time. Really pleased with service, great team and glad I choose pm.
When the house i am a tenant in was bought, their agent PM premier became my new landlords. It was a nice surprise when they took control of everything, from Bond transfer to contracts and made it so easy all i needed to do was a few signatures.... finally looking forward to having a managing agent who are effective and efficient and get things sorted. Thanks PM Premier ;-)

We obviously do all the usual things you would expect from a modern estate agent but where we are different is in our approach and expertise in more specialist areas and some of the things we do a little differently. From our unique valuation and new home packs that we give to all our customers to the care and attention we give to marketing every single property with professional photography and copy writing, at The Letting Station you are in great hands. Our branch is ideally located to cover the whole of Cardiff and if you do want a free valuation then please call in to see us, visit the website at www.thelettingstation.co.uk or telephone the team on 029 2002 0880.
