First Class Team and Service
We have dealt with this ace Cardiff team since 2010. They are professional, really know their stuff, friendly and do it all with a good sense of humour.. Top end entrepreneurial firm that is value for money. They " do exactly what they say they are going to do ". They are the long standing Managing Agents for a block of 23 luxury apartments in Sachville Avenue, CF14. PM Premier have ensured - and maintained - high standards from the outset. Their level of professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness is greatly appreciated by the owners and residents. PM has a family feel, consequently they have high integrity and go the extra mile with a smile.
Reply from The Letting Station: Hi
WOW and thank you so much for your kind words, its often the case that smaller family firms go a little un-noticed in a world of large corporates, but we are glad you like the way we do things "with a smile on our face". Its a pleasure to work with you on this one and we hope this will long continue.

Great service!!!
Great service from this agency in regards to my first venture in the big world of renting. Fabulous team who really helped me sort this tenancy out and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process which really put me at ease. Nick, the gentleman I was dealing with helped me and kept in constant contact and even met me on a Sunday to give me my keys. Great service and would highly recommend anyone who is looking to use this agency as they were and still are really good to me.
Reply from The Letting Station: Thanks Charlotte, Your words are much appreciated and we are glad you seem to have settled in well.
