Expert advise,
Andrew has spent a lot of time with me over the last couple of weeks looking for the right property to buy for my first buy to let. Andrew even took me to see other houses with other estate agents just to make sure I bought the right one . I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone for any help when buying or selling.

Speedwell close

PM Premier - 5 star Estate Agents
I have got to admit that moving house and looking for a new home to rent is never an easy thing to do and is usually a very very stressful time in your life. However thanks to PM Premiers Manager Nick Smith, Sean, Julie & team from the Whitchurch Road branch I can honestly say that this has been the easiest and most stress free move to date . The team have all gone out of their way to make sure that I have been updated every step of the way and that the usual paperwork that accompanies a new move has been kept to a minimum. PM Premier's agency fees & costs for the usual credit reference checks have been by far the cheapest and most cost effective that I have had to pay to date and is a breathe of fresh air after many many years of renting and paying extortionate agency fees for absolutely nothing in return. The team have even helped me with my broadband and WiFi transfers to the new property and I cannot praise them enough. Not only have they done all of the above they have also personally gone out of their way prior to my move to help me save the lives of two lovely little cats who were destined for a cat shelter after my elderly neighbour sadly had a stroke and was placed into a long term nursing home. With their help and persistent correspondence with the new landlord they have now found a new home with us and are able to come too. I am extremely grateful to them. for all they have done. I have given this agency 5 stars and if I could give them a 10 I would. If you are looking for a house to buy or rent then I highly recommend you use PM Premier. Best agent in Cardiff by far
I've moved several times over the years and now happy in a very nice 2 bed house. Pm premier are a great agent to deal with. Always have a cuppa and a chat with them when passing. Any issues I've had I call Sean day or night, even when he has been holiday he still helped me sort out any problems. Highly reccomened this agent.

Stress free letting !
