David Williams The Trusted Agent 3 November 2016

First Class Team and Service

We have dealt with this ace Cardiff team since 2010. They are professional, really know their stuff, friendly and do it all with a good sense of humour.. Top end entrepreneurial firm that is value for money. They " do exactly what they say they are going to do ". They are the long standing Managing Agents for a block of 23 luxury apartments in Sachville Avenue, CF14. PM Premier have ensured - and maintained - high standards from the outset. Their level of professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness is greatly appreciated by the owners and residents. PM has a family feel, consequently they have high integrity and go the extra mile with a smile.

Reply from The Letting Station: Hi WOW and thank you so much for your kind words, its often the case that smaller family firms go a little un-noticed in a world of large corporates, but we are glad you like the way we do things "with a smile on our face". Its a pleasure to work with you on this one and we hope this will long continue. PM Premier
