My original experience with Seraph was an extremely stressful and bad experience, where my move in had almost every issue under the sun. I was advised the property was professionally cleaned prior to move in, but all the cupboards were filled with soiled towels and cloths, the sofa was full of toenails and cigarette butts, alongside other cleanliness issues. Electricity and gas shut off due to previous tenant's arrears that took almost a month to resolve, so I had no utilities for that time, and a neighbour that was trying to insert themselves into my property, which led to them harassing me and damaging my property in retaliation. Moving across country with no outside support made it more difficult, but that was almost four years ago. I think Seraph had some reshuffling and since Chloe Knowles and Sara Hughes took over the property, things have been incredibly smooth. Any maintenance issues, legal responsibilities of boiler and electricity maintenance, issues with neighbours, etc were always resolved quickly, and I felt safe in my own home. They are also two very lovely people that hold a lot of empathy for their tenants, and likely the landlords too. They are fair and unbiased, so had I moved into a property managed by Seraph now, I'd give them a full 5 stars. Thank you both for looking after me.

Seraph finally managed to fix the electric gate at Bartley Wilson Way entrance.That gate has not been working correctly for the last 15 years! Big shout out to Callum at Seraph for succesfully managing this complex project.

The accommodation itself is great, any maintenance issue is resolved swiftly. Staff are great, friendly and helpful. The only problem I have got was the noises from surrounding bars and pubs with live music.

A quick but very well deserved compliment for Kaitlin Vanner and Natasha Chick at Seraph. These 2 ladies are profession, very easy to communicate with and really importantly for me conscientious and thorough. They have made it possible for me maintain to properties whilst living outside of the UK.

Seraph Property Management are specialists in residential and block management as well as many aspects of domestic and commercial property maintenance. We adopt a personal approach to managing a property and ask about the individual’s goals as well as thinking about the property over the course of its lifetime. Our clients range from individuals with one property through to letting agents that wish to outsource their management as well as freeholders, leaseholders, developers and receivers of rent. We also work with other management companies to take care of their maintenance and facilities management. Our core management team are based in Cardiff, from here they will co-ordinate all aspects of property management including compliance, finance, health and safety and customer liaison. They support our Site Agents or Housing Officers who will visit our portfolio regularly and ensure the properties are being kept to the expected standard, or visit when an issue is raised. They are based in the area relating to your block along with trusted contractors for emergencies and general day-to-day work.
