Great, fast and professional service. Andrew was excellent in helping us get a water reading for our supplier. We contacted Seraph to request a reading, a day later they emailed back with our reading.

I have a tenant who has not been paying me rent for some time and communications with them have been arduous but I gave a shout to Andrew Southgate of Seraph. He has been giving me sound advice on Section 21’s and Section 8’s. He directed me to the NRLA website where I located all the relevant documents and he kindly reviewed the notices before I issued them. It was with his help I just managed to submit the documents before the 3month notice period was increased to 6months as announced last Friday. If I get tired of self-managing my 3 properties, I will certainly consider Seraph as managing agents

I have found responses to emails usually the same day. Andrew Southgate particularly has been helpful and prompt with response or action recently regarding smart meter installation.

Clockwork just completed creating one large new Kitchen/living room area from two rooms. Praised by us and new tenants as a superb living space. During the project we found the craftsmen involved to be approachable and helpful. Jonathan Townsend consistently engaged very well, thoughtful to involve us where appropriate in decisions on the fine details.

Seraph Property Management are specialists in residential and block management as well as many aspects of domestic and commercial property maintenance. We adopt a personal approach to managing a property and ask about the individual’s goals as well as thinking about the property over the course of its lifetime. Our clients range from individuals with one property through to letting agents that wish to outsource their management as well as freeholders, leaseholders, developers and receivers of rent. We also work with other management companies to take care of their maintenance and facilities management. Our core management team are based in Cardiff, from here they will co-ordinate all aspects of property management including compliance, finance, health and safety and customer liaison. They support our Site Agents or Housing Officers who will visit our portfolio regularly and ensure the properties are being kept to the expected standard, or visit when an issue is raised. They are based in the area relating to your block along with trusted contractors for emergencies and general day-to-day work.
