It's reassuring to know that we have people like Gianni who are diligent in their efforts to keep our development at Rodney Parade in as good condition as possible. However, it's unfortunate that some residents do not seem to fully appreciate how difficult this task can be.

My thanks to James Davies, who acted quickly and considerately in an emergency situation last week. He helped to organise assistance for someone who had to be taken to hospital during the recent storms. Common sense and kindness prevailed.

Very good communication and service from our Block Manager, Gianni, to fix a fault in our roof, as well as follow up to ensure the job had been done to standard and quality of solution was sustained for the following months.

As office manager for a Gas and Electrical repair company that complete regular work for Seraph Propery Management I can not fault their service. Easy to get hold of when required, clear instructions on works orders and payments sent as agreed.

I would just like record that Gianni has has made a big difference at City Vizion. He has taken a real interest in the development and the benefits can be seen by all. He has used his calming manner to deal with problems and tried to make himself known, and available, to leaseholders and tenants alike. He has good communication skills and provides excellent reporting to the directors. He has put in place action plans and regularly updates progress. He creates a good working relationship with the contractors and consequently their work is better and more accurate. I am pleased that Gianni is on board

Seraph have managed a flat I owned in a block of flats for several years now. They are always responsive and fees are reasonable. Recently I sold this flat to my son. Although not currently a customer of Seraph, I asked Gianni, a block manager for Seraph, for some advice on a leasehold matter including some understanding of parts of the lease. His help was invaluable despite the fact I am not a customer. If I did require assistance in the future on renting my properties or management of blocks, I would definitely consider Seraph based on the experience I had with Gianni.

I am currently renting a property managed by Seraph Property Management, I have been with them for over a year so far and any issues I have had with the property have been resolved quickly.
