Albany Appliances have been dealing with Seraph for a number of years, including Freya, the property manager. They are easy to communicate with and very helpful regarding all admin duties. We’ve been having a few small issues with our flat and Freya has been really helpful and quick in her communication and keeping us updated. Freya has been getting contractors out to us and trying to settle everything as quick as possible and has continuously kept in touch and kept us in the loop, really appreciate her support and customer service!

James is the building manager for the block of flats I live in and he is incredibly helpful and quick to respond to emails. I had a very frustrating experience recently where an alarm in a neighbouring flat was going off incessantly and the leaseholder was not responding to requests to fix it - James was very proactive in trying to sort this out, and really supportive and understanding. Thankfully the situation is now resolved.

We adopt a personal approach to managing a property and ask about the individual’s goals as well as thinking about the property over the course of its lifetime. Our clients range from individuals with one property through to letting agents that wish to outsource their management as well as freeholders, leaseholders, developers and receivers of rent. We also work with other management companies to take care of their maintenance and facilities management. Our core management team are based in Cardiff, from here they will co-ordinate all aspects of property management including compliance, finance, health and safety and customer liaison. They support our Site Agents or Housing Officers who will visit our portfolio regularly and ensure the properties are being kept to the expected standard, or visit when an issue is raised. They are based in the area relating to your block along with trusted contractors for emergencies and general day-to-day work.
