I must write to praise the fabulous Reema Sabbuba, Operations Manager at Seraph. Reema’s professionalism, compassion and kindness and the manner in which she manages and resolves the most difficult situations is truly admirable. Nothing is too much trouble for this extraordinary lady, who goes above and beyond to help. Reema certainly is a huge asset to this company that’s for sure.

Seraph are fantastic! Excellent communication and staff are very friendly and understanding, particularly block manager Dan Guttery. Highly recommend!

We've relied on Seraph to manage our rental property on behalf of the landlord for about a year and a half. During that time, they've surprised me at every opportunity with a level of pro-activity and communication that well over a decade of experience with similar businesses convinced me was utterly naive to even dare hope for. My wife and I are finalising the details of purchasing our first home, so (hopefully) we won't need to rent again in the future. But if we did, Seraph would be our first port of call. Special shout out to William Tomlinson, who was our main point of contact during our tenancy. His attentiveness, communication and diligence truly helped us navigate through numerous complications that we - being exhausted first-time parents - would have otherwise really struggled with.

Gianni responded to my query very fast and with in no time. He resolved the issue and updated me immediately. So good and heart warming to have a management team who care and look after the customers. Thank you very much :)

Nicola at Seraph goes above and beyond for the owners at our complex. She's very quick to respond to any emails and always follows through. We feel that she really cares about our safety & wellbeing. She is 100% reliable and a 'let's get it sorted' person.

Gianni manages the block which we live in and we’ve found him to be very responsive and engaged with any issues we’ve encountered. He’s also very proactive in keeping us updated and in finding resolutions. It’s very clear that he really cares and wants to do a great job and it’s much appreciated!

Since moving in to my property I have had nothing but positive communication from Seraph and their agents. Whenever I email Gianni, I always get a response within 24 hours and he always tries to help with the issue and if he cannot he will always give me contact details for someone who he thinks can help. Seraph always ensure that the building is well maintained and always put the needs of their tenants first. I am extremely happy with Seraph and would recommend working with them.

I can say for all the Directors that we are very, very happy to have Gianni and Seraph managing our block. As our PM he provides an excellent, responsive service, and above all cares about the job he does. We don’t have to chase on any issues, and he pro-actively takes responsibility for all aspects of the block that need addressing. He provides us with information, updates and ideas on a regular basis. He has also established good relationships with other leaseholder and tenant’s, making the service more personal to them. Additionally, Seraph seem to have a good back office and processes and have managed the handover from our previous PM well.

I have only positive things to say about Gianni from Seraph who manages the block where I live. I have gone to him with several problems and he is always incredibly helpful in solving these or will ensure the problem is passed onto someone more suitable e.g. an engineer/handyman. He actively follows up issues and you can tell he really cares about the residents in the properties he manages and wants to do the best he can. The wider Seraph team have also been great when the block has had issues with water supply. Many thanks to Seraph and especially Gianni. Recommend them both highly!

Gianni has yet again come to our rescue. He has been so supportive with all our concerns. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. The flats are in excellent hands with him as Manager. We wish he had been in post a few years ago where we were getting little support from the company then. Thank you so much for your help!
