Adventurers Quay with a mix of houses and many apartments needs an superior management company with a range of good capabilities. These will include informed and effective support to the residents serving as the board of directors; a ready supply of information and advice to all residents both of a routine kind and in emergencies ; the regular production of a newsletter to keep residents up to date with news about both the buildings and their maintenance , and the AQ community. In my experience as AQ resident and board member for over 12 years, with Seraph's relatively recent appointment and through its active and available block manager James Davies, AQ is now really benefitting from a 5 star service relating to the above.

We are looked after by Nicola at our development. She is very quick to solve any problems we have and is always professional and friendly.

I was a resident in landmark place, and as I was moving houses and stressed with luggage and furniture, I had an emergency last minute call to attend work. Ms Nicola Smith was a great help, answered my calls in the weekend, and arranged for my luggage to be collected from the concierge as I won’t be available to hand them in myself!!! Very professional, extremely helpful, and empathic and understanding beyond words!! Thank you for making a stressful event stress free! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I know Gianni from his previous role managing the property where I live (rented, and then bought). He is unfailingly helpful and thoughtful, and continues to offer sage advise in his new role. I was investigating the issues around physical accessibility to building areas that have steps, and asked Gianni. He responded immediately with a lot of generous detail, showing knowledge of all the subtleties and practicalities that residents might face with various of the options. This is typical of my experience with Gianni - getting issues addressed quickly, and without bureaucracy. Gianni went above and beyond in his support of us as residents here, and I know that many others in the estate also hold him and his work in similar high regard.

I’ve had several dealings with Seraph from the perspective of being a leaseholder of a property managed by Seraph. They have been prompt and clear. In particular, Joe has been extremely helpful and professional- answering a lot of questions in great detail, going above and beyond to seek additional information to clarify things as well as putting an extra mile in to ensure work done to the shared areas is scheduled in the best timescales and at a fair cost (in some instances no cost), which is much appreciated.
