I had an issue with my dryer that it was broken and need replacing when I emailed the agency this god send called Freya came to help provide a new one. Freya and I have had a difficult time getting some one to install and remove the two dryers Freya went above and beyond to fix this issue and now after a week of fighting to install the new dryer it is finally up and running all thanks do Freya's hard work in my opinion she deserves a raise Thank you

Sara Hughes has helped my spouse and I so much with the various difficulties we have had in our flat. Not only has she been incredibly approachable about questions and supported us with kindness she has also been able to sort a lot of things incredibly quickly and the things ongoing I know Sara will support us. Our broadband box stopped working. At our house share. I contacted Sara Hughes from Seraph Property Management. And Sara contacted Virgin Media. And had a New Broadband Box installed.Sara was so helpful. And Professional.

We adopt a personal approach to managing a property and ask about the individual’s goals as well as thinking about the property over the course of its lifetime. Our clients range from individuals with one property through to letting agents that wish to outsource their management as well as freeholders, leaseholders, developers and receivers of rent. We also work with other management companies to take care of their maintenance and facilities management. Our core management team are based in Cardiff, from here they will co-ordinate all aspects of property management including compliance, finance, health and safety and customer liaison. They support our Site Agents or Housing Officers who will visit our portfolio regularly and ensure the properties are being kept to the expected standard, or visit when an issue is raised. They are based in the area relating to your block along with trusted contractors for emergencies and general day-to-day work.
