Since moving in to my property I have had nothing but positive communication from Seraph and their agents. Whenever I email Gianni, I always get a response within 24 hours and he always tries to help with the issue and if he cannot he will always give me contact details for someone who he thinks can help. Seraph always ensure that the building is well maintained and always put the needs of their tenants first. I am extremely happy with Seraph and would recommend working with them.

I can say for all the Directors that we are very, very happy to have Gianni and Seraph managing our block. As our PM he provides an excellent, responsive service, and above all cares about the job he does. We don’t have to chase on any issues, and he pro-actively takes responsibility for all aspects of the block that need addressing. He provides us with information, updates and ideas on a regular basis. He has also established good relationships with other leaseholder and tenant’s, making the service more personal to them. Additionally, Seraph seem to have a good back office and processes and have managed the handover from our previous PM well.

I have only positive things to say about Gianni from Seraph who manages the block where I live. I have gone to him with several problems and he is always incredibly helpful in solving these or will ensure the problem is passed onto someone more suitable e.g. an engineer/handyman. He actively follows up issues and you can tell he really cares about the residents in the properties he manages and wants to do the best he can. The wider Seraph team have also been great when the block has had issues with water supply. Many thanks to Seraph and especially Gianni. Recommend them both highly!

Gianni has yet again come to our rescue. He has been so supportive with all our concerns. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. The flats are in excellent hands with him as Manager. We wish he had been in post a few years ago where we were getting little support from the company then. Thank you so much for your help!

Have always had a very positive interaction with the Seraph Team. They always respond very quickly and find Solutions. I find them very Knowledgeable with regards to Building/Property Management and are very experienced in Legislation, Tenancy Laws. Joe has been superb in assisting me recently with a few issues that had arose within the Property. Seraph have moral values, are Professional, Reliable and I would not hesitate in recommending their Services.

Since taking over as our block manager, Nicola at Seraph has been fantastic! Incredibly responsive and proactive, she’s always willing go the extra mile to make sure any problems are quickly resolved, and the owners feel supported. Very grateful to have her!
