"We have been fatally scammed..."

We have been fatally scammed by this "agency". WE DO WARN EVERYONE before proceeding with them, as the problems never arise before signing the contract. It has been an absolute nightmare since barely a year ago decided to move somewhere else. Our minimum stay was over by then. They have completely stolen our deposit, leaving us in a critical financial situation after having a baby and both of us lost our jobs because of Covid. As an example, they quoted £900 for a job that can be easily done for £100 (we indeed found many contractors that can prove this). We have been completely helpless. Please, stay away from these unethical and heartless people, they can ruin your life as they did to us.

Absolute Disgrace to the

Rented an apartment from them for 2 years, had the curtain rail fall off the wall just missing my 1 and 2 year old! massive holes in the walls, mould around all windows and on walls had to spray them at least 2 times per week from September till May, stains on all carpets living room bedrooms and hall ways, cracks in the bath panel and mould in the tiles round the bath. Moved out 01/11/2020 this is when it all happens! they have taken more than 10 days for my deposit, apparently someone was off on annual leave - surely another worker should take on there work? i have a bill for a cleaner as there was dust on the skirting board (they done the check out 1 week after i moved out so bound to be) i have already sent them the cleaners certificate confirming the apartment was deep cleaned, i have also a bill for cleaning the chairs (again cleaned by my cleaner) they are also trying to bill me for mattresses for the beds i didn't use and stored in the garage as per the landlord and they we full of mould and rats when i went to put them back i called landlord as didnt want to spoil the nice clean carpet i had just paid for. he advised this was ok but now JS are trying to make me pay for them....errr no landlord knew his garage was not secure or air tight so bound to happen sorry. i have not had a thank you for getting the stains from the carpet as my cleaner managed to get them all out and on the check out there is no mention of the 'old' stains?!?!?! also i have filled the holes left by the falling curtain rail and painted so it looks brand new STEER CLEAR i will be writing this same review on every available platform as they do not deserve your money!!!

Appalling managing agents. We are a family of 5, who unfortunately suffered a water leak from the apartment above. Massive water leak, the apartment was wet, electrics were turned off, no emergency lighting was supplied even though we requested this in the form of cheap Argos desk lamps! As the flat is obviously dark and bathrooms do not have any windows/natural light, we were expected to live in the dark with our three young children. We have had our carpets in the bedrooms stripped, three dehumidifiers put in, wires from the dehumidifiers running across and we are expected to still sleep in the bedrooms with our children. The noise of the dehumidifiers are obviously deafening and they aerate dust particles in the air. This poses a serious health risk as my children already suffer from allergies and asthma. We were offered an alternative accommodation, but this would be higher in rent and much further from the area we are residing in which would not be feasible in taking our children to school. We are expected to live in this condition for a minimum of a month, although no time frame has been given to us. Also, the managing agents never seem to pick up our calls, and when you do want to speak to the relevant person, they are away from their desk or on the phone! We are still expected to pay full rent. Please be weary of these people. They were all very nice, pleasant when we signed and took on the tenancy.

Absolutley disgusting people . Made me and my wife drive 50 miles for a viewing to walsall bloxwich just to tell us on the phone 5 minutes before the viewing that is has been let out on the weekend .

All good up to paying holding fee then our circumstances changed and so did the agents attitude. Not a good experience and our refundable deposit wasnt. Please be wary of using this agent.

It is scam. Lost 200 GBP. Owner canceled the letting agreement 3 days before move day. They did not give credit check fee back as promised. Do not pay them them any credit check fee. !!!!
