Called to enquire about a property. I spoken with Debbie. She was not very polite. When I said the address of the property that I wanted to enquire about, she whispered under her breath "oh god" and sighed. Was not very helpful, I have been asking for the lease information on coppice court for weeks now and they say the same thing to me every time I ask...."we are waiting for it from the vendor"
Worst letting agents and management ever. Don’t communicate with you and tell you the truth. Don’t believe anything they say in regards to letting a property in whinchat drive. That house is full of damp and they take ages to even do anything about it. We had to move out. And I am now told they still have building work going on. Scalding has been up for months and months.
They found us a great place, however, the good lord service provided to be useless and has left us nearly £2,500 in debt. Even though we told them not to open up accounts on our behalf they did, how I don't know! We have multiple council tax bills, extremely high utility charges and now threatening letters from the landlord since we spoke to him about it. Our health is deteriorating and the contacts that they gave us to make a complaint do not even exist!

Incompetent, unprofessional, pathetic - they are a joke! Reported issues are ignored, when they promise they will back, they never back, they have problem with arranging even simply repairs in reasonable timeframes. If there are more issues, they are lost, it is too complicated for them to manage, so, waiting a half of year or a year for something, it is their standard. Their strategy are: excuses, empty promises and silence/ignoring part of the message/email. And on the end they blame tenant for their failure. I strongly discourage using their service.

Went to view a property we was the first people there send all documents good pay work and credit and heard nothing back must be racist
