I do not recommend John Shepherd, Cannock. We should have been more concerned when they got our house number wrong on the initial property details but instead we laughed it off !!! Within 3 weeks and after speaking to a potential buyer, who had found it difficult to arrange a viewing, we decided to change agents. Thankfully we hadn’t agreed to a minimum term. However, a few weeks later, we received and accepted an offer from a buyer who had originally viewed through John Shepherd. We had no choice but to see the transaction through with them. Over the following months we experienced unprofessionalism, told lies and treated with utter disregard. Eventually the sale fell through. No thanks to John Shepherd, who incidentally, were also selling our buyers house. We have recently sold our house with a different agent and the experience couldn’t have been more different. Go elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.
