Terrible - contacted this estate agents about a property we were interested in viewing, told to leave details and “someone would get back to us” didn’t hear anything back for several days. Then we were told that they were fully booked for viewings and that they had already had multiple applications. We expressed interest in a property the day it was listed, told to wait for someone to get in contact and that we would be able to arrange a viewing, then after following up, we were told it was already gone. Never got to view the property, apparently if you just call up last minute you’re more likely to be able to view a property than having them contact you after leaving your details and being told to wait.
