It's terrible software. We can not upload a scan of a document for hours. Forms are terrible. Support does not respond. Terrible services. Such a company should not exist in modern society.

Awful company! A lot of mistakes in the report for my tenancy. They have very strange scheme to calculate income, I would say thay don't count half of your official income. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

they emailed the offer and sent several emails to ask additional questions and never replied. Then I tried calling and the call would cut off. I can't imagine how they can help with a serious problem if they don't reply to emails or calls to help you buy their product

Michael Chapman during our tenancy lied, changed details and made the whole experience terrible. After moving out he swindled out of the deposit as much as he could, claiming maintenance is my responsibility to pay for. To be rid of him accepted the charges as I could no longer deal with the lies and strongarm tactics he used

We used Your Move Bury to market our property but after months on the market and not much effort made with photos or to sell it we decided to go with a different agency. We've contacted Your Move to remove our property from the online platforms but after 3 weeks and a number of reminder emails and calls they haven't taken it down. Not sure if this is petty spite or sheer incompetence but it is unacceptable. If I could rate them zero I would.
