Dreadful experience. Ineffective and they have charged me £90 for the pleasure. Their approach seems to focus on Multiple SMS messages asking the debtor for money and despite my request that they try something else, they didn’t. It all took so long debtor moved twice and needed me to pay for a tracing. Eventually they gave up, and charged me for doing so. Absolutely shocking. Do not use this firm.

I requested a viewing this morning and I was told that I am not the right candidate for this property. There was a rude guy, I think his name is David Walker having bad manners and not experience at all in sales. I asked his name and he refused to give me that information. It is very dissapointing that a small estate agent like EWEmove has this huge pretensions and poor customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. My sales appointment was cancelled at the last minute—just two hours before the scheduled meeting—after I had already driven over an hour to prepare the property. The reason given was based on an incorrect accusation about fees from years ago. In reality, the agent had already taken her fees directly from the tenant’s rent/deposit during my first tenancy. When the property was relisted months later and I sourced my own tenant after the agency struggled to find one, she still demanded additional fees, and it appears she has held this against us ever since. Cancelling a pre-arranged sales appointment over something so petty and unrelated to the current sale is extremely unprofessional. I would recommend choosing a more reliable and respectful local agent instead, such as JWW or Sylvester, who actually understand the market and treat clients properly.

As an independent agency, we have the freedom to choose who we work with, and we only move forward with clients who respect our team and our values. Our decision wasn’t “petty”, it was simply us taking pride in what we do and refusing to compromise on standards. I also notice you’ve used your review to advertise two other agents. Interestingly, you chose not to market with either of them, opting instead to try and sell the property yourself for nearly a year, and now have chosen to proceed with a nationwide firm. That choice speaks for itself. Nevertheless, we wish you the best of luck with your sale.

I started using their services and I explicitly did NOT tick the 'Subscribe to mailing lists option'.... The VERY NEXT DAY, I start getting spam emails from them.

Unfortunately had a really bad experience with this company and would not recommend them. They were totally unprofessional and rude. Did'nt return calls to myself and our estate agents and solicitor over a property that we had been accepted for, but later backed out due to alot of issues that had been going on for 5 months. We have since found another property and have been dealing with another estate agent that have been a breath of fresh air, so friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble at all.

If you need debt recovery they really offer a poor services, we gave them so much information and everything they did made no sense. I just can not see how they get these good reviews. Turning up at wrong location after being provided maps …

Tried to arrange a viewing if a property today. They wanted proof of funds and proof of identification otherwise we couldn't view the property. We are cash buyers and have viewed with several other estate agents and never been asked to provide such information. Not prepared to hand over such personal information just to view a house. No other estate agent asked for this unless you are making an offer. Potential sale lost and they didn't seem to care one bit.

Hi All, @bookhamoffice Never trust this agency, I've viewed one of their property and signed sale agreement and paid solicitor for conveyancing searches .Before the payment I asked them several times is there any legal issues/pending in the property , they said 'No' , the solicitor fee was non-refundable .Once the search started we came to know there is an unpaid bill for the property , and we need to pay it , when I ask about this ,their staff behaved so rude and unprofessional. I lost my £500 , so be careful. Don't trust them , you will loose your money
