Emailed them, no one has replied, that was around 5 or 6 weeks ago. Tried to reach out on Facebook, still no reply. I will not be renewing with this company as their communication is terrible.

had to constantly chase up about our ongoing reference, parts of our application were declined until we called them and they realised they made mistakes. If we had not have chased up ourselves we would’ve been rejected because of their incompetence.

We used Your Move Bury to sell our house but we did not use the conveyancing solicitor that they recommended as we had a person Referal for our own and they were almost £500 cheaper. This is when everything changed. There were very little chasing by the agent, the sake dragged on and in and unless prompted they did absolutely nothing. They constantly told me any delays were down to “our” solicitor. They automatically blamed her for anything that held up the completion when it was never our end holding up completion. There were several emails that I sent with no response from the branch which is so unhelpful and very rude. So if you want to use Your Move Bury and want to use your own conveyancer then DO NOT use them as they turn very unhelpful towards helping you with the completion of your sale.

We're really sorry to get this feedback and can only apologies if you feel this was the case. We felt we had done a great job in selling your property for you for a great price and a timescale that suited you, especially after you had tried so many other agents with no success. As you mention things slowed down when you chose a solicitor. It can be frustrating at this stage as we are all very much in the hands of the solicitors that have been appointed, and there is not a huge amount we as agents can do to progress the matter with limited communication from them. In this instance the main delay was the issuing of the draft contracts which took almost 6 weeks. Once contracts were issued the matter was completed in 13 weeks which would be considered the industry standard. Flat was in a low standart, very dirty walls, in the main bedroom,windows its damaged.

Hello Caraji, you have posted a review that is incorrect. We are a contractor that carries out Inventory, Check In & Check Out reports on rental properties. We are not the Landlord or Letting Agent of the property you have rented nor do we have any control over its condition. Having reviewed the report carried out by my company it has listed all the problems with evidential photos. Please remove your review of your company as it is inappropriate and may damage our reputation.
