As a landlord, I have been using this company for a number of years for my property and liability insurance requirements. Since the takeover by the Gallagher group, I've found that interactions with the company have become more challenging. It all depends who picks up the phone - you may have an excellent experience but on the other hand it may be exasperating. Suffice it to say, when I have had a claim, the process did go relatively smoothly.

After eagerly awaiting for the completion on the house we had purchased, we were informed by Will to collect the keys from the top of an old paint tin from the shed in the rear garden. Many thanks for the fabulous customer service!!

I received a letter from them dated 4 days ago and asking me to pay £25.000+ within 11 days and charging me additional £4 a day if whole amount is not being paid within 11 days. I do not know anything about the lady that is mentioned in their letter and that I owe her £25.000+????. I never had any contact before receiving this email, I never borrowed any money from the lady mentioned in the letter. I could provide a photo of that letter but I will not, as in the letter Peterborough County Court was mentioned there were already 2 emails sent to the court reporting the letter I received. Those bailiffs they are threatening me with, can come and enjoy a coffee time, as 4 years ago I almost lost my life in a car accident and have been recovering from the body injuries. High Court Enforcement Group and The Sheriffs Office is the same gang threatening and offending innocent people by forcing their unlawful actions. I will not pay a penny as I do not owe anyone any money and it is going to be reported to the court maybe asking to receive the same amount of money £25.000
