I'm not the easiest person to deal with due to some issues I have, but Jonathan coped marvelously with me, somehow giving me confidence to move forward to selling my house with his expert help. Me and my partner are selling our house and it’s our first time doing this. The service I have received so far has been brilliant. Always kept up to date with the sale of my property. On their site you can see who is viewing your house along with their time slot, we found this a nice touch. Jonathan in particular has been brilliant.

Having tried 3 other estate agents I tried Your Move. The manager was very quick to arrange a personal visit and gave a fair valuation. The house sold very quickly for very near asking price. Sure the sale process took a little longer than we would have hoped, but with Covid delays affecting everything this was to be expected and to be fair most of the delays were due to the legal teams on both sides working from home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Your Move Bury and would certainly use them again should I need to sell again.

Initially I had a mortgage provider in mind but when I booked to view a property with Your Move they recommended Natalie. Natalie was extremely professional and friendly and found me a mortgage with a fantastic interest rate. The interest rate couldn’t be met by the mortgage provider that I had been with for many years. Becky was also on hand to answer all my property questions and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend both Your Move and EFS as you won’t be disappointed.

I was thinking of selling my house. I contacted Becky at the Bury branch who advised me to sell it via auction. With the very efficient and well informed help from Becky at Your Move and Amy from the auctioneers I found the whole experience to be much easier and painless than I thought and I sold my house for more than expected.
