I asked Kym Roberts from Mark Ewin estate agents to handle both the sale of my brothers & mothers property in Bury St Edmunds. I'm an estate agent myself and have been for 30 years, but my office is in south Essex and thus too far away to be affective. When someone else is selling your own families homes and affecting their lives you scrutinise everything and if I'm completely honest I expected to on their backs every other day!. I didn't even have the chance to raise an eyebrow or pick up the phone and ask 'what's going on?', from day 1 the way Kym and all the staff went about the business of selling both properties was faultless. Communication, following up, accompanying each viewing, offers, negotiating the best price, caring for the sale throughout the conveyance, everything they did was carried out with much skill, genuine care and professionalism. Absolutely a refreshing change to selling our home, after choosing Mark Ewin to market our property and a list of requests that were all agreed, we signed on the doted line on the Friday and a few hours later received the call to say he had 4 viewings for the Saturday, Saturday morning came and went with two offers and achieving over the asking price by lunch time with people missing out as went to best and final offers..fantastic service Mark and his team provided and I thank them all for the professional approach they gave and knowing the market place with listening to all our needs and certainly fulfilling both us as the seller and the buyers of our new home
