My partner and I met with Tracey and we couldn't have had a nicer person showing us the property. Before we had arrived at the viewing Tracey had called to ensure we had no issues finding the address and we were met with a warm welcome when we got there. We then went to Mackay Property's office itself and were greeted with even more friendly and helpful members of staff. Michael who was looking after the sale of the property called later that afternoon, updating us on our offer very quickly. We've met with Tracey from Mackay's at a couple of properties on our long search for our next home. The best agent we've viewed with in East Herts! She has made our experience really enjoyable, it's a pleasure to be shown around by Tracey, she really knows her stuff about each property, owner and area. She is also welcoming and accommodating of our baby who attends viewings with us, which makes a huge difference for us. In the nicest possible way -- we hope we see less of Tracey... when she finds us our dream home ;) I hope to update this review to say so one day soon.
