Selling a house is a big deal and we really appreciated their patience and willingness to talk things through if we had any worries or concerns. Kym was particularly helpful when we were preparing for photos and viewing. She was just really reassuring, but blunt when needed! Selling a house is stressful but we felt we were in safe hands with Mark Ewin. It felt like they just wanted to support us, rather than rush us in to anything we weren't happy with. We were in the difficult position of selling my mother's bungalow after she moved from Suffolk to live with us in Staffordshire. Having used Mark Ewin for our own house sale we very confident to use them to sell mum's bungalow while we were a distance away. Unfortunately we had an added complication when my mother passed away suddenly three days before we were due to exchange.
