Look no further than Alison Ewin if you are considering buying or selling through an agent. Even though we were buying through Mark Ewin, and therefore paying nothing for that aspect of the buy/sell chain, we were kept totally up-to-date with what was going one (something our agent neglected to do) and felt we were ahead of the curve Alison is professional, tenacious and fully informed, you do not need to look anywhere else for an agent. I asked Kym Roberts from Mark Ewin estate agents to handle both the sale of my brothers & mothers property in Bury St Edmunds. I'm an estate agent myself and have been for 30 years, but my office is in south Essex and thus too far away to be affective. When someone else is selling your own families homes and affecting their lives you scrutinise everything and if I'm completely honest I expected to on their backs every other day!. I didn't even have the chance to raise an eyebrow or pick up the phone and ask 'what's going on?', from day 1 the way Kym and all the staff went about the business of selling both properties was faultless.
