Almost 2 years after moving out and settling all payments, they send a debt company and ignore all attempts to contact Romans. NEVER USE.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The agents were very keen to sell my property and made many promises initially which they obviously didn’t follow through . I absolutely regret using these agents - they even pressured me to sell my house at a lower price than they agreed to market it for. It’s been 4 months and my sale this hasn’t finalised . I would not recommend this estate agent company as they are not pro- active about getting things done once you have agreed to sell with them . They are absolute liars every step of the way. Don't even go with the solicitor they recommend - all part of their scam. Nothing but total disappointment with !

We have received an exceptionally poor service, it has been near impossible to speak to anyone in your office and despite paying a premium for the management of our property, we have not received a level acceptable from an established estate letting agent. All quotes we have received for any works required on the property have been inflated and exaggerated with no offer of a competitive quote. When we asked for an explanation for this we were told to organise it ourselves. .. This is totally unacceptable. We have organised works and replacements which were substantially lower but with the same quality and guarantee. The rent has been withheld even though the tenant paid it two weeks prior without an explanation, all phone calls are not answered and no reply from e-mails. I am extremely disappointed with the service from the Burnham office and I shall be making a formal complaint to the ombudsman as well as looking into cancelling our contract unless a satisfactory explanation is received.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

It is very poor and unprofessional. When I entered the newly rented flat it was filthy and it took a few weeks struggle to get it resolved to my satisfaction. It took the cleaning staff 4 hours to make it as it should have been. Another challenge was a stingy and mouldy washing machine. Again it took a lot of struggle and time to be replaced. Once a refrigerator broke down in the summer and it took four weeks of struggle to get it replaced. In the mid-time it also turned out that you changed Property Manager without even telling me about it. On the positive side are two extractor fans installed to prevent moulding as well as nicely and promptly fixed ceiling in the bath which was flooded by upstairs neighbours.

This is worst agency i ever have i need move because of personal circumstaines and need go asap and they not been really helpful agent karensa was not really keen on helping only was saying to pay rent etc not recomend if i can give zero star i give.

Horrible customer service! First call, they start buttering you and after forget about you completely. Regarding the properties they advertise, they have no clue whatsoever. One is saying something, the other colleague is saying the opposite. They agree for a booking, shortly after they cancel it. After they say that will call you back to reschedule but they never ring you again. I want to buy a property but don't like when, from the very beginning, they get it wrong.

Rang up on spec re a letting. Briefest of details asked for. Employee hung up when she'd made her mind up I couldn't meet the criteria. Rang again. She said "I don't know what happened there". And after informing me what I'd need to do before I could even get close to renting a pokey flat in Slough, again she hung up. No goodbye, no have a nice day. Nothing. Simply hung up. Politeness??? I wouldn't be surprised if they charge a fee for that also.

RIP OFF AGENT. THEY WANTED 3% FOR SELLING MY HOUSE & TOLD ME THAT'S THEIR STANDARD FEE. I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE FALL FOR THIS. OBVIOUSLY I ENDED UP NOT USING THEM. Just looking at their response, it's the good old 'we have no records' answer.
