He then used this to give us some great advice which helped us towards buying our first property. I did not feel pressured in any way as some pushy sales people will be, sorry but if that's your style I will leave rather than buy! Kapil even contacted my solicitor with my consent when needed, needless to say ours was a complicated situation however Kapil was always positive, reassuring and helpful.
