Right from the day we registered with Roman's we have experienced a very professional approach from Roman's - be it Matthew, whom I contacted first in November. He remembered that we are on a notice period till April and are interested in a property in Hawkes Close. So, when such a property came up in February, he did not forget to call us and give us the first viewing. Then the entire process of referencing and finalising the contract was carried out professionally and Abbi were very kind to address a few of our concerns and incorporate that in the contract. Finally, since we moved into the property, Isabella got into action and helped us sort out the initial teething issues with settling in. So far our experience with Romans has been pleasant and we are happy with the quick turnaround of any issues that we have been raising. My experience with Romans group has been simply amazing. Kerensa, Matthew and Molly all from the Burnham office have been very cooperative. I had my tenancy to start in 1.5 months' time and they helped me negotiate that with the landlord (point to note while I was asking for that I extended my tenancy from usual 12 months to 18 months). I had requested to change the clauses from the standard agreement that was also catered. The move has been super easy as well and the cherry on top was a welcome pack waiting for me in the apartment when I got in. Great service! Keep it up!
