I was cautious of using Starkings & Watson due to a previous bad experience and tried to avoid viewing properties via them but alas that was not possible and I ended up completing a property purchase with them. The purchase was handled very well by Sarah S post acceptance of offer through to completion with Sam and Karen offering support prior to this with property viewings. My purchase took a while to complete and was not straightforward, however Sarah was a good support throughout.
