Karen and Sam were really supportive and kept in touch before sales were agreed were kind in responding to questions and worries. Sarah Short was a star. We had a bit of a bumpy road and she held it all together. Thank you and we love our new home.

It's not about the name above the door it's about the service you receive once inside . This team is amazing, from an aspect of buying or selling which I have done both several times. Sam, Robert, Sarah make the experience a breeze . You can have total confidence in their knowledge and performance. I personally wouldn't use anyone else . Also their office is immaculate, the cleaner should also be mentioned.

We recently completed the purchase of our first house with Starkings and Watson. As first time buyers we didn't know much about the buying process but Sam and Sarah from the Brundall office were very friendly and professional, keeping us informed with regular updates and answering all of our questions. Starkings and Watson were brilliant in dealing with our move. They were in contact weekly to let us know what was happening or more often if queries had arisen. They would always ring back if we left a message on their answerphone. Sarah, Karen and Sam in particular went above and beyond, always friendly, willing to help with queries or problems as they arose. Dan was always there to help to pass on messages if the others were busy with other clients. Chris at the outset was friendly, professional and was willing to give us some helpful advice prior to and on marketing the property. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We finally completed the sale of our bungalow with Starkings & Watson and would like to thank two of the staff in particular. Karen was extremely helpful and went out of her way to get the sale agreed on Christmas Eve. Once the sale was agreed Sarah was incredible helpful in what turned out to be a very long and complex completion. She kept us informed at all stages and never failed to reply to my many queries. All in all Karen and Sarah made a stressful sale as pleasant as possible and I would like again to thank them both for their professionalism and excellent customer service.
