Whole process, including post-offer help, could not have gone better! Once the offer had been accepted, Sarah kept me informed at regular intervals so at no stage was I in the dark as to what was going on and where things stood. Very pleased with the way my sale was handled by the Brundall office. Sam and Karen were great at the viewings stage and always kept me informed, and once a sale had been agreed Sarah was fantastic. She updated me regularly and chased things up where necessary. In past dealings with estate agents it has been necessary to chase them to get info, but the communication from Starkings and Watson has been exemplary. Highly recommend Starkings and Watson. I was selling my Mum’s house in Poringland, while living in Australia and I fully expected it to be a stressful experience.
