Although my purchase wasn’t successful the team and Starkings and Watson were amazing. Sarah Short was with me throughout the whole process, she kept me updated and informed me of every detail. It was a stressful time and her calm, friendly and professional approach was beyond anything I have ever experienced. No matter how many questions I asked or how many times I contacted her she offered her time and support which was without doubt above and beyond her job description. If I ever need an estate agent again I will 100% be going back to Starkings and Watson and asking for Sarah. It is with no hesitation that I give a 5 star review and it was possible I would be giving 10 stars. I am very very grateful to Sarah for turning a very stressful situation into one I was able to manage so a huge thank you goes to her. Starkings and Watson are extremely lucky to have her.
