I was a little anxious about the prospect of trying to sell my late parents’ property in the village. However, from our first meeting with Chris it became clear that he had done a lot of research on the area and was able to put us at ease and advise on an appropriate guide price. The speed of putting the property on the market, including photos, plans & virtual tour, was very impressive, and the first viewing took place just two weeks after that first meeting. We were kept well informed about all the viewings that followed, including feedback from each and those regular phone calls also served to provide moral support in stressful times. I had assumed that the property would be sold to somebody local, but clearly the sale was advertised far & wide, with the eventual buyer living 100 miles away, so well done S&W for reaching a wide audience.
