Starkings & Watson - Brundall

We appointed Starkings & Watson in November 2024 and have just exchanged contracts on our sale. Despite this long period all the staff at Brundall Office, especially Sam, Anna, James, provided a faultless personal service, always there for us, always keeping us in touch, always promptly returning calls, on time for every appointment. We also wish to emphasise what a superb job Sarah Short, as sales progression agent, did for us, above and beyond the call of duty, monitoring our sale even when not in her working hours, overcoming a number of obstacles through sheer determination to conclude our sale, making us feel we were her only client with her enthusiastic and personal support. The Starkings and Watson team at Brundall have been fantastic. From the initial enquiry, through photography, viewings, negotiations and sales progress the service has been friendly, professional and faultless. Sam, Ana and James co-ordinated and conducted the viewings, always treated our property well and made sure we had feedback after viewings. They advised on offers received and ensured we got the best price possible. Once the sale was agreed, Sarah took over and made sure the sale progressed steadily. She kept us updated regularly and kept me sane when I was stressed. I feel sure the process would have taken a little longer without her steady touch. I think it's unlikely we will move again (never say never) but if we do, Starkings and Watson will be our first port of call.
