Having sold my apartment flat with Farrell Heyworth, I am very pleased with the professional advice and care their staff provided. The sale went well despite Covid-19 disruptions which created expected delays, and I am very happy with the outcome.
I found Debbie very nice, she was very professional, always answered when I needed advice.
A dedicated team who are ensuring the smooth sale of our property and securing our new home. With no experience of moving after 25 years, we have been delighted with the service and communication so far.
We sold our property and got a great price thanks to Simon and his team. We also bought through Farrell Heyworth, and would definitely recommend the St. Anne's branch.
Staff very nice but if you’re interested in buying a property through them ask what they charge for anti money laundering. They will say it’s comparable with other estate agents but it’s not. By law they must be done but their charge is extortionate.
As a landlord we have had a really mixed opinion in terms of quality and customer service, the phone systems are poor and the flow of communication when you need to speak to someone is below standard. I wasn't assured as a landlord that my issues were dealt with appropriately at times and this was lacking mainly form the management of the tenancy team. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend using Farrell Hayworth regards letting your property unless you can solely deal with Carol Dennison she is an asset to that team putting customers first and I wish I had dealt with Carol from the beginning. Carol showed empathy and understanding she was 5 star and the only positive thing I can say regards the Cleveleys branch. In my view Carol should run that team she has the right approach and skill to support and solve problems.
First off I want to say that the staff are very friendly, and it wasn't just their fault but the landlords as well. If you're looking to rent I would avoid Farrell & Heyworth, especially if they're managing the rented property. Time and time again we report problems and don't even get an email or a call back, when they do finally reply to you it'll be nothing but excuses. For example, it took 2 fault reports and 5 weeks to get a replacement boiler fitted just because " They couldn't contact the landlord". Just bare that in mind when you're renting from them.
I wish I could give them 0 rating. One of the worst estate agent. I found a property they accepted my offer and I paid for money laundering check and few days later telling me that house has been sold privately. How is possible?? What shall I do with your apology???
Can't get through to them then they start time wasting with stupid Emails & only make contact when they want info! they also want references off your current Landlord to rent so is a none starter. best AVOID!
