Dear Ms Noreen, thank you for your review which is totally unjustified. You made a very low offer that was unacceptable. We received a much higher cash offer which was accepted by the vendor and he was not interested in any other offers hence you were not contacted. You were also advised at the time of the offer that your offer was far too low. We work with honesty and integrity and do not play one buyer against another or encourage gazzumping as this practice is very unfair.
