This is the first company that I have had the misfortune to come across were the negative feedback they have received over the years paints the truest picture. Furnished or part furnished I dont have to sleep on your bed,you folk round there might like sleeping on other folks beds but I prefer to sleep on my own bed thank you very much. Good luck you will need it.

I've been calling them for 2 weeks now asking to remove the sign they left outside a house they let at least a month ago. I explained that the sign is attached to a very weak fence and when it's windy (and it get really windy quite often lately) the whole sign looks like it's about to fall off. There are cars parked all around so it's pretty likely it will damage one of them. I was promised 3 dates already and it's still there. If they deal with all issues like with this one I would avoid them at all expense as you may end up in a house with no heating and nobody will bother to come and check it. You are not our customer and you are totally unjustified in your comments regarding our service. If you would like to take time to read our reviews you will see the high standard of service we offer. None of the other residents or my tenant has had an issue with the board so I am not sure why it has caused you so much distress to have to take the time to write a review. One of the worst estate agents I've rented through. Disgusting customer service. Takes days to respond. Tries to brush off work that needs to be done and still waiting to be done. Tries to charge you for things that aren't in your tenancy agreement. Calls the police and lies about you instead of actually addressing any issues. Massively overcharges on rent as she knows that there haven't been many options recently. Avoid and don't be fooled by her "sweet and friendly" act as it'll soon change when there's issues she wants to avoid despite it being her actual job. If you want to see her disgusting attitude on display when she doesn't get her way, just look at her responses to negative reviews. No acknowledgement that she may be in the wrong, just the same obnoxious attitude you'll encounter when you try to hold her accountable or ask her to do something.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Dear Dr Hassan, I am very disappointed to read your review. I have had no dealings with you since you moved in as you ignored all my phone calls and you have been very difficult to deal with. As you know I was not responsible for managing the property. I was instructed to check you out of the property which was dirty and not in a fit state to be relet. As professional people this was totally unacceptable hence your wife was requested to clean it and hand it back in the condition it was given to you. Had you done this in the first place there would have been no stress. Your issues were clearly with the landlord who rightly delayed check out.You have also quickly forgotten how I worked all sorts of unsociable hours including weekends and late evenings doing the viewings and answering your phone calls to move you into the property which further makes your review totally unjustified! I have spoken with your wife who had no justification and I would be grateful if you can please delete this review. Kind regards Julie Mayet

Family are currently renting. Absolutely shocking and a bunch of cowboy builders. Didnt present gas/electric safety certificates on signing of tenancy. Had problems for 2 months now with leaks. Workmen say they show and nothing. Cant wait to see the outcome of their shoddy work. #PRISON#

Dear Wayne, Your issues are clearly with your landlord as we are not the managing Agents and he has spent a substantial amount on repairs but you remain unsatisfied. Also the certificates were sent to your mother which you have both signed to say you have received which I will email to you therefore, your review is totally unjustified. As it is illegal to rent a property without any safety certificates and we fully comply with all legislative requirements.Thank you.
