Unresponsive. Do not answer calls . Managed to get through after a week of numerous calls to arrange an appointment. After taking details and saying they will call back with a time, had nothing for another week! Extremely unprofessional
Strong NOT recommend renting! In the beginning, Julie was a so kind and friendly act However, it will soon change when there are issues she wants to avoid despite it being her real job. When I received the keys and the house was filthy. I haven't received the EICR. All her promises weren't kept. It takes days/weeks to respond. ignore all work to be done. The agency hasn't done any inventory check and after trying to charge for things that are not in your lease. The only way to get any movement from Julie was to involve Housing standards. Once she was notified, her agressive behaviour made me decide to leave the property If you want to see her bad attitude on display when she doesn't get her way, just look at her responses to negative reviews. She doesn't accept that she might be in the wrong, just the same attitude you'll encounter when you try to ask her to do something.
Wanted to view a property but the rude women on phone did not entertain unless I agree to offer a certain price.. asked to see the property in person and got told the pictures is what you will see, it is what it is.. would not recommend such attitude to deal with..
This is the first company that I have had the misfortune to come across were the negative feedback they have received over the years paints the truest picture. Furnished or part furnished I dont have to sleep on your bed,you folk round there might like sleeping on other folks beds but I prefer to sleep on my own bed thank you very much. Good luck you will need it.
Rude receptionists
One of the worst estate agents I've rented through. Disgusting customer service. Takes days to respond. Tries to brush off work that needs to be done and still waiting to be done. Tries to charge you for things that aren't in your tenancy agreement. Calls the police and lies about you instead of actually addressing any issues. Massively overcharges on rent as she knows that there haven't been many options recently. Avoid and don't be fooled by her "sweet and friendly" act as it'll soon change when there's issues she wants to avoid despite it being her actual job. If you want to see her disgusting attitude on display when she doesn't get her way, just look at her responses to negative reviews. No acknowledgement that she may be in the wrong, just the same obnoxious attitude you'll encounter when you try to hold her accountable or ask her to do something.
Disgusting service from this agent absolutely disgusted by ther attitude
I've been calling them for 2 weeks now asking to remove the sign they left outside a house they let at least a month ago. I explained that the sign is attached to a very weak fence and when it's windy (and it get really windy quite often lately) the whole sign looks like it's about to fall off. There are cars parked all around so it's pretty likely it will damage one of them. I was promised 3 dates already and it's still there. If they deal with all issues like with this one I would avoid them at all expense as you may end up in a house with no heating and nobody will bother to come and check it. Pathetic customer service
