Extraordinary service by Julie. She has just sold our house in a difficult market condition and in doing so, she has gone above and beyond to achieve the desired results. We weren’t the easiest sellers but Julie has provided such an outstanding level of service that we have nothing but praise for her. The turnaround time was super quick for a property that Keenans and Mortimers couldn’t sell. Julie evidently put a lot of effort in the entire process from viewings, managing offers all the way to handing over the keys on our behalf. First and for most, my comment is neither positive nor negative its neutral. I know how aggressively the agent defends any negative feedback, thus i would like to mention it. I called up the agency for viewing a property, the agency is not even willing to show me the property if i dont let them know all the information they needed. I can understand about my name phone number, working status(affordability check). Why do they need my kids name age and all other personal details just for viewing the property. You can take all the details once i agree to take the property. If you dont think i can afford dont let the property, and if i dont like the property i will not take it. But asking for all the information even for viewing is too much. The lady over the phone was too rude, as if they are giving the property for charity. I was not happy with the service and will never use them. If other dont mind sharing the data and want to use the service, they may do so. ThanksNegativeQuality, Professionalism

Review of Mayets Estate Agents As an overseas landlord, I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided by Mayets Estate Agents. My experience with this agency has been unprofessional, frustrating, and deeply disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to stay away. At the start, my interactions with Mayet seemed promising. She personally viewed my property, offered advice, and agreed to put it on the rental market. However, once I left the country, things quickly took a turn for the worse, and I began to see her true colours. Key issues I faced include: - Poor communication: Despite sending detailed messages that required responses, I was repeatedly ignored for weeks at a time. - Unhelpful office staff: Calling the office proved useless, as I was met by young and inexperienced admin staff who didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Every attempt to speak directly with Mayet was met with the same response: “She’s in a meeting.” Eventually, I decided to withdraw my property from Mayets Estate Agents, fully aware there would be a cost. I simply did not want to continue working with such an unprofessional agent. Ironically, once I made that decision, I suddenly received a flurry of messages and newfound urgency from Mayet — the level of communication I had needed from the beginning. What happened next was even worse: - I agreed to pay Mayet for her time as a gesture of goodwill, even though no formal contract had been signed. - She charged me £125 for an EICR report, claiming it had been completed and promising to email me a copy. Months later, I have still not received this report. - Before leaving the UK, I had personally arranged and completed the gas certificate, leaving it on the kitchen counter. Despite this, she invoiced me £175 for another gas certificate after I had already withdrawn my property. Shockingly, the document she sent was an empty, blank certificate. This entire experience has been deeply disappointing. To make matters worse, I was referred to Mayets by a friend — a recommendation I now greatly regret. Please take the time to read the numerous negative reviews already posted about this agency; unfortunately, my experience mirrors many of them. I lost money, never received the promised EICR report, and even encountered what appeared to be a fraudulent attempt involving the gas certificate. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the stress — choose a more reliable and professional agent
