unprofessional service and poor communication, lack of respect towards their customers I viewed a property and put an offer for it. i was informed "it was early days" but my offer will be put forward to the seller. I requested the estate agent to inform me as soon as they receive any higher offer. However, noone bother to inform me once they received a higher offer. After few weeks when I checked back on the property it showed up as "under offer". I rang the estate agent and she quoted " I don't have time to be messing about and I forgot" - what a pathetic excuse... The estate agent left me hanging and could not even bother to communicate....
