Very rude and stuck up staff. I saw an advert for a property I liked and wanted a viewing. They asked what my budget was which I truthfully answered as 10k less than the original asking price. Then flat out refused to show the property and said they don't want to waste their time. If I liked the house after viewing I could have financed the additional 10k but do not want to deal with this rotten lot.
