One of the worst estate agents I've rented through. Disgusting customer service. Takes days to respond. Tries to brush off work that needs to be done and still waiting to be done. Tries to charge you for things that aren't in your tenancy agreement. Calls the police and lies about you instead of actually addressing any issues. Massively overcharges on rent as she knows that there haven't been many options recently. Avoid and don't be fooled by her "sweet and friendly" act as it'll soon change when there's issues she wants to avoid despite it being her actual job. If you want to see her disgusting attitude on display when she doesn't get her way, just look at her responses to negative reviews.
