Excellent service from agents at Charles Carr!

It was a bit daunting selling our home, but during all the valuations from different estate agents, Charles Carr stood out. We were particularly impressed with Lauren, who did the viewings on our house. She contacted me pro-actively after each viewing to let me know how it went and to give me some feedback. She has always gone above and beyond and always responds to messages and emails really quickly, which reassured me greatly. We have accepted an offer on our home but I doubt this would have happened as quickly without Lauren and Charles’s Carr Estate agents!
