Despite having a negative view of estate agents before our move, Charles Carr have completely changed that and I highly recommend them and will to any friends/family in the future. They kept their promises through out, we had so many viewings, and sold within 2 weeks for the price discussed at the beginning! Louise was also excellent in taking care and pushing the completion through. We had a couple of friends also looking to buy and they where all contacted from Charles Carr about our property not knowing they where our friends so they obviously do a lot of work in the back ground which I wouldn't normally trust estate agents to do. We even had a rival estate agent drop a note through the door slating Charles Carr, saying they're this and that, but as a business owner that spoke volumes to us knowing their rivals are out dropping notes through people doors rather then selling their own properties, obviously struggling with the competition.
