Russell Property - Bishop's Stortford

Best letting agency we've ever dealt with. Great customer service, very professional and kind people too.

Doug, Vanessa and everyone else at Russell Property did a fantastic job for us on our sale, guiding us expertly through the process. We would thoroughly recommend them.

Vanessa Currey is a brilliant estate agent. She kept us informed of every bit of news, is very well organised and just excellent at her job.

Amazing estate agents. Jac was superb throughout. Very responsive and kept me up to date with every step of the transaction. If I ever need to rent or sell a property I will be contacting Jac to arrange.PositiveProfessionalism

Russell Property have recently helped us to sell a house which belonged to a relative who sadly had to go into a nursing home last year. They could not have been more helpful, they did all the viewings for us and kept us up to date with progress throughout the process. They secured us a final selling price substantially higher than other estate agents which we invited to value the property at the start wanted to market the property at. Selling property is always a stressful business with hold ups and problems along the way but Russell Property have made things as easy as possible for us and we are very grateful

We have had such a good experience with RP,The service was so professional and responsive during our whole selling experience. we would like to say that Josh and Vanessa lead us through the selling process without fault. And all the staff were amazing. And we would be happy to use them again and recommend them to all our friends. Mr and Mrs Carter.

The team at Russell Property have been amazing from start to finish in helping us sell our property. We are really grateful for their support throughout the process. Very supportive, kind and responsive to any questions we had. Thank you to Vanessa for going above and beyond as our sales liaison and a big thank you to Tom, Doug and Josh for all your support.

The marketing and finding a buyer was the easy part and the team at Russell's did a really good job. Then the problems started and the team, Vanessa in particular, began to earn their fee. The problems with our sale ranged from Covid restrictions to increased volumes of all searches etc. due to the Stamp Duty holiday to mortgage offers being withdrawn to an unresponsive and unorganised buyer's solicitor. The whole process took 22 weeks. Vanessa was with us all the way working, even on her days off, to get us moved. She was talking to the Managing Agent for our Apartment, to our buyer's Mortgage Broker, to our buyer's Solicitor to our buyer to our seller's solicitor to our seller's Estate Agent and to our seller. Towards the end these conversations were happening on a daily basis. Not only did Vanessa do all this but she also managed to keep our stress levels to as close to normal as possible. Like many people I thought Estate Agent fees were far too high, but certainly Russell Property earned their fees with this sale and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering selling their property.

We both sold and bought through Russell. Real great, professional service from from start to finish from Gary, Adeline, Doug and the whole team. Vanessa particularly demonstrated their value when it came towards exchange of contracts, with thorough and comprehensive chasing of solicitors and all parties to ensure we got things over the line. She really was fantastic and we couldn't have gotten through it without her! We're now on the other side, in our new home and couldn't be happier!

Russell's are a great agent, professional, efficient and friendly. When we lost our buyer for our house, they managed to get 6 viewings the very next day and sold again within two days. Special thanks for Adeline, Doug and particularly Vanessa who went above and beyond to get our sale through. Thank you and we will certainly use them again.
