When I phoned Helen at Intercounty I shared how worried I was about selling during Covid times. Since we have been shielding since March it was impossible to get used to the idea of having people round to view our house. Helen reassured me that we could do the whole process online as much as possible. I took pictures, not all of them were great but Jack at Intercounty advised me about this so I tried again. I then put together a detailed virtual tour and asked Intercounty if they could share this with anyone interested. If they were still interested they could then come and view the house. We had exceptional service from Intercounty for our sale and purchase (they managed both), I can't praise them enough. In a difficult market we had issues with the chain, which looked beyond repair at one stage. The Intercounty team (namely Doug and Jack) managed to find us another buyer and purchase at the 11th hour and negotiated so that the deal worked for all. The process was then carefully brought to a close. In my experience, having moved several times before, it is rare to find an agent that takes care of its customers as well as Intercounty Bishop's Stortford does!
