We live in Norfolk and purchased a property through Intercounty which was slightly different as the property was local to us in Norfolk and not local to Bishop Stortford. After a few teething problems I had several conversation with a couple of the estate agents and found them to be very helpful and always got back in touch when I needed a question answering.
